Businiess name:  Hyatt Regency Manny's Steakhouse

Review content:
anny's is in my opinion absolutely overrated. According to our waiter the Filet Mignon is not aged. It would be too expensive to age a Filet. My wife still gave the Filet a try, but unfortunately the steak was overcooked. To finalize the Filet story, we received a very rude response after mentioning that the steak was overcooked. Filets at other top steakhouses like Gibson's in Chicago or Donovan's in San Diego are far, far superior. Maybe because their Filets are aged. The enormous sides were also very disappointing, but I have to admit that the Prime Rib was by far the largest and best I ever had. Overall, I think the restaurant is not worth the hype and the money, since friends told us that they also received overcooked steaks the one time they dined at Mannys. Pros: Prime Rib Cons: Filet, Service, Value
