Please do not ever use this florist for anything that is important to you. They are the worst ever! My family and I have lived in Irvine for 30+ years. I have never experience such horrible customer service by any company any where.\r \r My family and I ordered flowers for a memorial service for my 23 year old neice. We had a bad feeling in the pit of our stomach when we walked into their store. But we had alwas known this shop and decided to continue with the order. We ordered 2 arrangements that we had selected from their website. We knew exactly what we wanted, what the cost was and what size the arrangements were before we ever got there. We seemed to know more than the girl working at the counter. We scheduled the flowers to be delivered to the church at 9am as the service started at 11am. They assured us that funerals were their first priority and not to worry. Lesson learned: Always worry when someone tells you not to worry.\r \r The day of the service my sister got to the church early to be there for all the deliveries and make sure things were set up. By 10am Irvine Florist was not there. I phoned the shop and they assured me they had left the store and were on their way. At 10:30 the flowers were finally delivered as guests were already arriving. They were the wrong arrangements. We were horrified. So was the delivery driver. Very nice delivery driver. She tried her best to help. Offered to take them back and have them remake them. Of course since they were late with the delivery there was no time. \r \r I phoned the shop after the service and was told to speak with the Manager and she was not in. Left a voice mail message for her. Had to contact her the next day as she did not call me back. She would not own up to their mistake and offered no solution to the problem. Told me we should have sent the flowers back if they were the wrong ones. Said she would have to speak with the owner. Never called me back. I have called the shop every day for two weeks now and no phone calls have been returned. \r \r Their website states that if a customer is not satisifed or there is a late delivery they will give a full refund. Well, I am still waiting on mine!\r \r DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST!\r \r To top it all off we received 2 other arrangements from them from family or friends but there was no name on the card so we have no idea who to thank. They can't seem to call us back for that either.\r
