My neice talked me into taking a cake decorating class with her sept 2007. i went just so i could say ""ok i did it now what?"" let me tell you--i was so hooked after that first nite. i went through all 4 coarses and the candy class as well. not only have i made new friends for life with kathy, sandy, tracey, frank and leannna and the rest of the family, they have taught me something i can do as a little side business and have a skill i can be proud of and WOW people with my new found skills and art. If you want to learn from the best--give the girls at the cake pan a call and take their classes. its very personalize and trust me--they have patience or give them a call and they will do you right with one of their cakes which is always made with high quality ingredients. plus--they have everything you could want for cakes, candy, cookies, pans, color tints and other supplies. you wont be disappointed.\r
