You advertise 19.99 for oil changes but when you finish it's over 28.00 and some change. I asked the man and he told me 19.99 plus taxes and he never mention the 2.99 charge you have for all cars, plus the oil deposal charge. When Valvoline had their 19.99 and my final bill was with oil deposal 21.02 and the same with Jiffy Lube. I asked if they had military discount as I could have went to Jiffy Lube or Valovline and still not paid 28. plus for an oil change that morning I was there. Your advertisement is miss leading and you should have put that 2.99 car charge and oil deposal on your sign out front. I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CASH to pay and had to use a charge card! I asked the guy 1 1/2 hour before he service my car and did not go into the shop until the last 30minute but it was too late as he was working on my car because I would have left and went to another place when I read your sign. The guy should have said all the charges your company has BEFORE they start the job! I did not 2 people left but did not know why but now wonder why. Jiffy Lube oil changes is 24.99 without and my military discount & taxes and is still cheaper than yours!! I am so glad I had a charge card to avoid you all calling the police because I could not pay the bill even after me questioning the young guy of the price of the oil change BEFORE he started the work once again before he started the work he said, "" 19.99 plus taxes"" never mentioning the 2.99 car charge, the oil deposal and taxes.--
