The worst experience ever! By the way I am only giving a 1 because you have to - there should be negative stars! This store needs to work on approving their customer service skills. They advertise that they do free battery testing along with other services but the advertisement should state that they do free battery testing if you do all the work. I showed up wanting to have my battery checked to see if I need to replace it or if it was something else wrong with my car. Someone came out and looked at it and the diagnostic test showed that the battery needed to be recharged and then re tested. I had jumper cables and thankfully my brother followed me there so we used his car to start charging my battery, as soon as I looked back the guy that worked there was gone. After about 10 minutes of charging my battery and no employee to be found, my brother walks in the store and they said that it would take a hour for it to charge before they can retest it and handed my brother a tool box to remove the battery and have them charge it in the store. After trying out every tool in the box the correct tool wasn't even in the box. so I went into the store thinking that I could get some help on removing a battery since I have no idea what to use.WOW did I think wrong. I waited in line I was the second person in line so I thought it wouldn't take long.oops thought wrong again.after 20 mins of waiting i just walked up to another employee and asked if i could give him the tools back and he was like what do you mean. So I said well they belong to the store. I told him that the tool box didn't even have the right size tool in it and he looked at me and gave me a rude look and said well you
