Review content:
These guys are stumbling around in the dark when it comes to customer service.
I just needed new prescription lenses for my sunglasses. I had to wait quite awhile (10 minutes or more) to get help but when I finally did it was easy to get information.
When I returned to pick up the finished glasses, I had to wait 15 minutes. One of the two employees working acknowledged me when I walked in, while the other chatted casually with a customer (about their lives, not glasses-related) and finally she staged whispered ""Are you waiting?"" When I said ""yes"" she just went back to her conversation and finally the first employee perfunctorily helped me but seemed to just want to get me outta there.
I left with glasses in hand, but just didn't feel very good about the transaction--like, how do I know these are polarized? I know I paid for that, but I have no receipt stating it. No mention of how to clean them, or to ""come back with any problems,"" or any of the usual banter that at least makes you feel taken care of.
Pros: were clear about lens options
Cons: customer service lacking
