There isn't a rating high enough to give Frances. I have been to Lens Crafters and Vision Works. They made my glasses incorrectly and then blamed it on the Doc. My Ophthalmologist recommended her 3 years ago and now I wouldn't go to anyone but her. She is personable and providing excellent customer service is what she does. She helped me get my bifocals just right. When I decided to go to progressives, again she helped me get the right lenses and make sure I was happy. I can't recommend her highly enough. You won't be sorry going to see Frances.
