Our family is a loyal customer of Pollo Tropical who takes out 3 or 4 times a week because we love your flavorful food, however in the past three weeks we have had a horrible experience with the Quality of Service of the Pollo Tropical located at 10705 W Flagler St\r
Miami, FL 33174 there is a young man whom on several occasion has forgotten to place our entire order and when we call the store to tell them their attitude is you should have checked it before leaving but if we do we are asked to please drive up because there are cars behind us. We seriously recomend that they provide better training for both the people who deal with the public and their management as well, there are still many of us customers who do enjoy GOOD SERVICE
