Horrible. This store has the WORST return policy. I bought 10yards of a white sheer and took it to my seamstress for curtains to be made. After rolling it out there was a black string sewn into the fabric and after a call to the store I was told there was ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS.....um excuse me but isn't it the stores job to catch those things when the fabric comes in or when the employee is pulling it. I don't get to see the fabric as it's being pulled, so I would not recommend this store unless you plan on inspecting every piece and inch before they cut it. This is unfortunate as they have a lot of great fabrics. Guess I'll be going to Denver more often!
