My family was staying at the Broadmoor and when we asked the concierge where to dine they recommended Walter's Bistro. We were suprised they sent us off the property to a competitors restaurant, but now we know why. Without a doubt you will not find a better seafood selection in the middle of the country. I had a chilean sea bass, my wife had grilled scallops, and my son enjoyed halibut. we also indulged in the finest lobster bisque I have ever had, a tuna tartar, and lobster spring rolls and they were outstanding. very pleasent service and a nice casual dining area made this a special treat for us. we will be back.
