Review content:
We originally moved into these apartments because they were close to the school house for EOD school and because they were cheap. We found out shortly after we got the keys that it was not worth it no matter what the price was. The day we moved in to the ""just cleaned"" unit we found cat feces in the downstairs closet. The paint job was missing horrible they missed spots all over the place and there were several large water spots on the ceiling. Also the carpet was so dirty that it turned bare feet black. The neighbors were all pretty nice since most were military and the manager of these apartments was very helpful and did everything within her power to help with any problems. However she did not have enough say in what happened to really fix anything the owner of the apartments had to give the ok for anything to happen. We had a massive infestation of termites and after contacting maintenance we were told that they would get to it soon. We were literally waking up with termites in our bed and clothes for more than a week before the bugs went away by themselves, maintenance never came. When we talked to other tenants they said that this was a known problem and happened every year and that management never scheduled to spray. The termites came back a second time and after harassing management they finally sent over a contractor to spray around our floorboards. The laundry room was never cleaned and always had a large assortment of bugs all over the place, several washers and dryers didn't work and it was never fixed. Also the outgoing mail was stored in a Tupperware container and when we mailed back 2 Netflix DVDs they were stolen. They also do not preform upkeep on the apartments, one morning we awoke to a drip of water on our bed from a leaky roof that they knew was bad but never fixed. Also the parking lot flooded whenever it rained so to get to our vehicle we had to wade through more than 3 inches of water just to go anywhere. Now that we've moved out they say that they sent our security deposit over 2 months ago and we've never received it and since we've been bugging them to resend it they won't answer our phone calls anymore and want us to pay $35 to cancel the check and send another one. It's not worth it they're bad apartments ran by bad people (except the lady who manages them she's great).
