My appointment was last Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 9:30 am and lasted till a little after 11:00 am. The entire staff at Gerlach Dental Group was extremely attentive the entire time I was there. The office atmosphere was warm and friendly. I was offered bottled water, and they had a little open coffee bar in the center of the waiting area.
My oral evaluation with Dr. Bill Gerlach himself was incredibly thorough. He spent about 30-45 minutes walking me through my own evaluation of my dental health, and what about my teeth I would like to fix or improve. About 15 minutes went towards dental x-rays. Then roughly another 30-35 minutes were used to check every single one of my teeth including the gums surrounding them.
Their business is located at the south east corner of Spring Valley and Coit in Plano, TX. The building they are located inside of is just behind the buildings at that corner of the intersection.
The warm and friendly environment was certainly a plus, but again the level of attention given to detail is what most stands out to me about the Gerlach Dental Group. I will definitely be making a return visit in the near future!
