Review content:
This place is a joke. The owner is extremely rude. I called on the phone asking about dance shoes recommended to me by my fitness instructor. On the phone, the owner was extremely rude. I should have stopped there, but because this is one of the only dance supply locations in Chino, I stopped by anyway. What a mistake!!! Upon arrival, I asked about the shoes that I was seeking. The owner asked me if I was there to buy or just look. I said I would like to see them and try them on to determine if it's something I'm interested in purchasing. She informed me that I CAN'T try them on unless I commit to buying them! Excuse me???? I've never heard of such nonsense in my life. She informed me that all dance places are like that. When I asked to atleast see the shoe, with much attitude she retrieved the item but would only hold them up from a distance. I couldn't even touch them. I don't know what this woman thought I would do to her precious shoes. I won't repeat the words that I had for her, but I will tell you this..... Not only is this store highly overpriced compared to other dance stores, you CAN try on dance shoes anywhere. In fact, Capezio, near the Tyler Mall was extremely pleasant on the phone and in person. They actually encouraged me to come in and try them on. Do not shop at Diamond Dancewear. I would go barefoot before I spend any of my hard earned money in that store. I suggest you do that same.
