I've been a customer of Figo's for over ten years, since he first opened his store on Southport. I was struck that he remembered my name after my first visit, and he's been my ""go-to"" guy for alterations and for the general care and maintenance nice clothes require ever since. He understands construction and materials, which is a great help when it comes to recommending care options or making me look good. More importantly, he understands people, and the care he takes with them is remarkable. I've come to know his family, and feel so welcomed every time I step into his shop. Lucky for me, he's opened a second store on Rockwell, in my current neighborhood. I trust him implicitly, and you won't find better service, or a more generous and good natured group.
