Review content:
This is a consignement store not a Department Store. Gently used is what people bring here and what customers wanting to buy are looking for. There is no way anyone can expect to get what they paid for something just because it has new tags on it. There has to be consideration for the store to turn a profit, so they are not going to pay you more than what they can profit on it by 100%. No one in there right mind that shops at consignment stores would ever pay $20 let alone $45 for kids shoes. So if you think that is what consignment is you were wrong and no wonder you are diappointed.\r

As for the selection there is plenty to pick from if you look for what you want. Obviously some times are better than others as it depends what is brought in the door. \r

The only down side to this store is the customer service, the employees seem to often be more concerned with there personal lives then assisting customers on a regular basis. Although I have never had anyone be outright rude here there is room for improvement.\r
