My friend recommended this place. They totaly ruined my hair. They cut 12"" off my hair from my waist to above my shoulders. They were only to cut off 7"" to just below the bra strapexcuse me but my br strap is not around my neck. Not only that my friends pointed out that my hair is 1"" shorter on the right side than the left side and the back is not at all straight. It is shorter in the back than the sides. What a total Screw up. I cannot cut it to correct it cause it is way too short. They admited the mistake but it is too late now my georgous hair is gone. I was so horrified. It was cut from the back so I did not notice what she had done till I stood up and looked in the mirror. I went back the next day and talked to the manager. There is nothing they can do now but they did return my check since they knew they made a mistake. Big deal the cut was only $6. My hair ment more to me than that. I gave it to Pantene hair for cancer victoms but was not happy about it. I still wanted hair to my elbows not above my neck. The only comments I get now is ""it is SOOOO short and it looks like a high school cut and it is not even. Thanks
