Hey britneykushner, I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience...we usually get raving reviews...why don't you come in and maybe we can work out something for you to make up for your bad experience with us. However, I we do not use Chinese parts AT ALL! We are 100 percent against it, all of our parts come directly from well known reputable manufacturers. In fact, we have the smallest profit margin in the business, we try to give our customers as much bang for their buck as possible. The fees you are mentioning are probably labor fees but since you do not know much about bikes and repairs you probably didn't understand the break down of your bill.
