A-L Financial is nothing but BULL****. My account was delinquent 36 days. I spoke to Martha, (who will harass you) after explaining my arrangements to her 5 times. My car will be paid off this month and I called to let A-L Financial know my paid is in the mail. I woke up this morning and my car was gone. So I call Martha and she had no idea that it was repoed and didn't have a number for the tow company? A hour later I hear from her and get a mouth full of charges. I ask to speak with the supervisor which didn't do any good because she was unwilling to help and very unprofessional. Then I ask to speak with the top notch of the company and she was a flat out bitch and wouldn't let me finish my conversation, we were pretty much yelling at eachother. All I needed from them was to waive the tow fees that was $324.25 as my payment was in mail and would receive it today or tomorrow. They say to call and give your rep an update, but apparently that does no good. Now I'm stuck paying fees that shouldn't apply to me. Now they will get the payment and more, keep in mind this is all in a 24 hour time frame. DO NOT get a loan from A-L FINANCIAL even if you have shitty credit.
