It ceases to amaze me on how people complain about the situation they are in. When all they have to do is research before they get themselves into a situation where they wish not be. It is always the easy way route to complain and play the victim, but lets pause a moment and really step back and analyze how you had to get financed through them...You were anxious you wanted that car and all you heard was we can get you financed...There is so much information out there for consumers, education on not allowing you to fall into the traps of financing. I am so tired of hearing we are the victim...bottom line you wanted the car and rather than researching who your lender was going to be you were just happy that they found someome to carry your car loan. It is a great way to establish your credit because the only reason why you had to go through them was because you may not have credit history or you have crappy credit...so own up to it and be responsible and make your payments on time...do not wait til the last minute to call and ask for assistance and if you really are tired of dealing with them then take this opportunity to establish your credit for at least 6-12 months and meanwhile open a bank account with a credit union and then if you did the right thing and stuck to the pattern of a good consumer on making an effort to establish your credit with a hard dog that considered giving you a second chance then take advantage and then turn around and refi with a credit union (longest you are not upside down on the loan) So once again before you start complaining accept the fact that you are not the crown with the 700+ fico scores and you fall to a different tier because of your own doing otherwise you would of gotten your car financed with a lender that is not as agreesive. These prime lenders have to be agreesive because they took a chance with you and it is their investment, their funds. Just think back if you loaned someone your hard earned money and that person turned out to be a flake , well how would you react? So next time you start complaining really think hard...whose to blame for your predicament... Pros: You get your car financed Cons: They are hard bulldogs
