I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY AND HARRASSING PHONE CALLS AS WELL....FOR EXAMPLE IN THE MONTH OF NOV. 2009 MY CAR PYMT WAS DUE ON 22ND (ALWAYS) WHICH FELL ON A SUNDAY. a REP FROM A-L FINANCIAL CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY SAYING THAT MY FILE WENT TO COLLECTIONS IF THE PYMT IS NOT MADE ON THE DUE DATE...ADVSD HER I WAS SICK WITH THE FLU AND KEPT BADGERING ME SO I HUNG UP......NEXT THING I KNOW MY GOOD FRIEND IS TECTING ME SAYING SHE JUST GOT A CALL FROM THEM .....I CALLED HER BACK AND ASKED HER WHY AFTER WE JUST TALKED STTD SHE WANTS TO OFFER ME SOME ARRANGEMENTS BUT NEVER DID JUST TOLD ME HOW IM LATE AND JUST DOWN TALKING ME.......ALSO STTD TO ME THAT SHE ONLY CALLED ONE PERSON AND WHY AM I SOOOO UPSET...ADVSD HER AGAIN I WAS SICK AND NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE CONVERSATION WOULD CALL HER BACK.....LATER THAT DAY ANOTHER FRIEND CALLS ME STTING SHE ALSO CALLED HER AS WELL......I WAS FURIOUS........WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS COMPANY? AGAIN THIS IS ONLY 1 INCIDENT, THERE HAS BEEN MANY MORE......UNFORTUNATELY!!!!!!
