Hey There, I've also have regrets about this company. And your right they do treat us like we are some kind of criminals. They don't answer your questions but they want you to answer there's. I ask them if I can re-finance my balance due to the fact that I was recently laid off and just wanted to lower my payments. I have about 1 1/2 to go but my payments are a little high. And yes I am one of those with bad credit. And they told me they do not have the license to do that. I sais what you mean you don't have the license to do that. Then how do you financing of course she ignored me and said I would have to go to another company and have them pay them out! That is crazy.. but I know after reading some of the reviews that somebody ask to speak with the President etc etc.. Well i did some searching and wanted to share with all you's this information. \r
I went under the Better Business Bureau and this company is rated F. The company has a bad rap for all their complaints. Anyway the president is Allen Lobel. who is out of the Corporate Office in Santa Ana\r
