My representative is Cynthia, she is very rude to the point where I was so frustrated with the things she was saying that her rudeness made me cry. We have only months left that is due on our vehicle. Every month we have paid them and some months we were late only by days to be harassed by this company. I have never been over 30 days late and yet they still treat their customers who are past due like we don't pay our bills and we are scum. I WILL NEVER LEASE A CAR THROUGH AL FINANCIAL and look forward to the day when our vehicle is paid off. Due to her unprofessional manner I WILL NEVER TAKE THEIR CALLS AGAIN. Before I use to talk to them when I had my previous representative and if I was going to be late but now that's to caller id I will never answer calls from Ontario or blocked numbers because they think they are being fancy when they are being sneaky and trying to harass you constantly. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEASE WITH AL FINANCIAL COUNT YOUR BLESSING AND BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE DEALT WITH AND ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING IN ITSELF! When I am done paying this car off I will re post again my final review, until then THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!
