When I needed to find a rental home in Jupiter, FL, close friends of ours highly reccommended a realtor that they had used and were very happy with. However, we found out that he had moved into a management position and wasn't abe to show properties. So, we did what many people do - hit the web. I contacted a wide variety of agents, describing what I was looking for, and asking them to contact me regarding my search. Julie was the only one that was responsive, reliable, and listened to what I was asking for. I cannot recommend her highly enough. In this area, realtor services are usualy free for the renter - commission is paid by the landlords. However, you would never know it to be a renter working with Julie. She was 100% committed to helping us find exactly what we wanted and worked very hard to present all available options. It ended up that the only open unit in the community we wanted was represented by another realtor, but Julie still went out of her way to help us get it. To top it all off, after working with Julie for a few days we found out that the first realtor we wanted (highly recommended by our friends) is Julie's son that also works for the same company! As far as I am aware, Julie is now working in a Broker capacity, so I'm not sure if she can directly show properties, but I would trust anyone that she recommends without question. My husband is a scientist at The Scripps Research Institute. Many graduate students and post-doctoral fellows come to Scripps needing rental homes, so we are consistently asked about were we live and what we did to look for a place. I will always refer anyone looking to Julie, without fail.
