Terrible service overall and would not recommend Graebel movers at all to anybody who needs a complex & large move. Bad packing, broke many objects due to negligence, items missing or delivered to wrong location, large & costly furniture and appliances got severely damaged during storage. They arrive late and take longer than estimated to finish the job. Their staff takes days (or weeks) to return emails/calls. They cannot even calculate a bill correctly and add ""surprise"" charges to invoice. If you use them, make sure you get insured because you'll definitely use it. Luckily, they use a good furniture restoration service, but damages could have been easily avoided if they were more careful or mindful when packing, loading and storing. Our overall experience with them has been a nightmare.
