Beyond Pest Control is the biggest fraud out there. Anyone considering to use them for bed bug needs should think twice. They claimed to provide a warranty for 3 months for FREE. They charged me $800 for a steam and spray extermination. The very next day we were still experiencing bites. When they arrived for a respray, the main office called me and said that there was a $55 fee. I told them that they were misleading and committing fraud. The assistant said that a rep would be contacting me to discuss the issue. Someone by the name of MIKE called me and began to curse me out and tell me that he's pulling the guys of the job and I ""can go Fu*! myself."" Is that any way to do business. I already got the other professionals in there and was informed that BPC's ineffectiveness and delays mean that I have to throw out all my furniture. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against BPC for $12,000 (the value of my furniture and the $800 fee they charged me) and reporting them to the general attorney and consumer affairs department. I really hope these guys go out of business for their fraudulent behavior.
