I had my first experience with Midwest Dental Eagan, and being someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, (it had been way too long since my last check-up!), I was naturally nervous. The staff put me at ease and I can't say enough about how professional, friendly, and caring Dr. May was. She really was wonderful to work with. Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no issues. When I called to schedule the appointment, the front desk requested I arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I came when I was supposed to, and I had no issues getting in. Everything was efficient and I felt the hygienist and doctor were both very comprehensive and thorough, and I still got out completely on time. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. May!!
