Review content:
Dry cleaners are nightmares and this one is one of them. I brought several items to dry clean. Among all of them, two of my husband's shirts (one dress shirt and one linen shirt ""Cubavera"") were shrunken. I was amazed about this because it was not the first time that they were washed (at other cleaners though). I went once to complain about this but the lady there told me ""I can't do anything about it, you have to talk to the manager"". She was very blunt and lacked customer service. The manager is there only in the morning starting 7:30 according to her. I had to go again another day and finally I met the managers. The husband was nice when he first saw me (I think because he thought I was bringing my business there) and he called his wife. I asked her if she's the manager and she agreed. I explained to her what was going on and she said it was impossible. I told her that indeed it's supposed to be impossible, especially because the shirts had been previously washed and they said I have to complain to the store where I bought them (typical answer of a dry cleaners). The lady admitted the dressy shirt was washed with water (why? If I bring the shirt to a dry cleaners, shouldn't it be DRY CLEANED? I mean, if I'm going to wash it with water I can do that at home, can't I?) and that the linen shirt was dry cleaned. I explained to them that I had to buy a new shirt and even showed them the receipt and the man told me that ""it's irrelevant for them"". They even said I was lying cause the dressy shirt was worn. I explained to them that yes, it had been worn because my husband and I had a party and he had no other shirt and had to wear it. They obviously didn't believe me. They called me a lier, which, obviously offended me because I would not waste my time and my gas twice or wake up that early on my day off (when I usually have lots of things to do) to go and complain about something that is not legimit. They mentioned they have been in this business for 18 years and it's impossible that something like this happens. Really? 18 years? And this is the customer service you have? DON'T GO THERE AT ALL!
