THE MOTEL HAS 8 ROOMS ON THE CALOOSAHATCHEE RIVER AND IT IS A VERY AMAZING SIGHT TO SEE-EVEN AT NIGHTTIME. IT ALSO HAS A BOAT DOCK FOR 50CENTS PER FOOT PER NIGHT, WHICH IS CHEAP. IT ALSO HAS 5 ROOMS NOT ON THE RIVER. THE ROOMS ARE BEUATIFUL WITH FULL KITCHEN AND HUGE LIVING ROOM AND BATHROOM. YOU HAVE A FRONT AND REAR PORCH WITH PRETTY SIGHTS. THE MOTEL ALSO HAS AN INGROUND HEATED POOL. AND IF YOU HAVE A LARGE TRAILER, THERE IS EXTRA PARKING ACROSS THE STREET. THE PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS (AS OF 3-28-08) RIVERSIDE:66.00 A NIGHT NON RIVERSIDE:60.00 A NIGHT., SO FOR6 DOLLARS MORE, YOU CAN HAVE A LARGE ROOM ON THE RIVER. THE MOTEL IS ALSO CLOSE TO TOWN, RIGHT OVER THE BRIDGE, WHICH IS ABOUT 2000 FEET AWAY. OVERALL, THE MOTEL HAS FRIENDLY SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND LARGE, MODERN ROOMS AT MODERATE OR LESS PRICES.
