About a year ago I purchased a PDA-35L battery for my PDA. I called today and was told that the battery was four days out of warrantee. I asked if they were not going to honor the warrantee anyway, and was met with silence on the other end of the phone. I was not happy with that and I expressed that to the person on the phone who was obviously not well trained, because he had to go ask how to look me up on his computer. After I had finished the call, I decided that I should have talked to someone higher up the food chain, which he did not offer to let me do. I called back and the manager I talked to sounded like many American companies? tech support these days. I do not have a problem with anyone from any foreign country, but this person seems to have the same attitude that many people form foreign countries have. That is the management is always right. I do not believe that. I like to retain a little authority. That is why I will never cross the threshold of Batteries Plus's doorway again.\r

I would rate them zero stars, because as far as I am concerned they do not exist. I tried to edit out that one star but your program will not allow it.
