Dr. Espinosa was my mother's doctor for over a year and then dropped her as a patient because she rescheduled two appointments with over 24 hours advance notice pursuant to his policy. Why have a policy on cancellations/rescheduling, if you are going to drop the patient anyway. He really does not have a cancellation policy. If you are unable to make an appointment even if you cancel ahead of time, except to be dropped as patient. Considering he is a mental health doctor, he has no understanding or consideration for his patients and their respective illnesses. The only thing he is concerned with is making money. His office visits consist of a 5 minute visit and then he quickly shuffles you out the door. A doctor who truly cares about their patients does not drop their patients without disregard for the patient's well being. A doctor's main concern should be the patient and their respective well being, not how much money he can make off of all his office visits. His office staff is also rude. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who looking to establish a long-term relationship with their doctor or looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients. Unfortunately, he is one of the many doctors that has allowed greed to overcome the true meaning and reason of being a doctor.
