Worst experience ever. took 2 tvs in with lightning damage. I asked them if it's worth bothering with repairs and they said they are usually repairable. paid them $70 deposit for diagnostic which is non-refundable which I never would have done if they didn't tell me they are usually repairable. After a week, i never heard anything so I called them. I don't think they had actually even looked at them yet. they told me parts were ordered. i called back after another week and they put me on hold forever and came back saying the parts were in but the tech hurt his ankle last week and was coming in later. told me he'd call me back with the status. he never did so i called again and they told me they are still working on them. I called again and they said they aren't repairable. told me they were cheap tvs. they knew that when i brought them but i think they just wanted to keep the non-refundable fee and hope they could keep the tvs for spare parts for others. we went and picked them up anyway just so they couldn't use them. RIP OFF CITY! Very unprofessional people. Never call you with status or return your phone calls. I think they just make their money by the non-refundable deposits.
