I took my 2005 Toyota into Sonny's last year to have my brakes done. They charged me over $400 for what they said was a complete brake job. Well, less than 3 months later my brakes started squeaking so I took it back in and they ""replaced"" the brake pads... about 2 months later it happened again. I went in a total of 4 times in one year to have my brakes redone because they just couldn't do the job right the first time. The last time I took it in they said it was the back breaks and it would be an additional $350. Needless to say I did not let them do the work. I took it into the dealership and they said the brake pads Sonny's used were very cheap and that's why they kept making noise and that there was nothing wrong with my back brakes. I wouldn't even go there for an oil change if I were you!!!
Pros: They are Pros at ripping people off!!!
Cons: Rude, overpriced, horrible work.
