Review content:
Our group got shut out at our regular Vietnamese restaurant Hy-Vong , so we went a few miles in to Coral Gables and had a really well done dinner at this little bistro. The flavors were nicely balanced and the food well prepared. The rolls come in varieties of the 4 seasons and they are very good. I especially liked the summer & autumn rolls. The green papaya salad was also fresh & crisp with nice touches of cooling cilantro. My main course was the silken water cress which was just delectable, and vegan to boot!\r I also recommend pairing this cuisine with the cool and fresh Riesling as it is about a perfect a pairing you could make. Cheers :)\r Pros: cozy and casual Cons: could benefit from larger wine list
