Review content:
I would rather die than ever go to this hospital again.\r
It is not my job to correct the billing dept mistakes. They said it was. The hospital doesn't want me on hospital property. I would be very vocal to others about the lack of educated and professional staff, and i'm sure would involve the police removing from the hohspital grounds. The doctors couldn't decide what exactly was wrong with me. I've decided that Dr. Mital will never be one of the doctors that treats me again. No Dr. Mital I didn't miss my follow-up appointment with your office. I never scheduled an appointment to come to your office after being discharged from Northside. You staff mumbles into the phone when leaving me a message about appointment times. Sorry, you seem like a fairly decent Doctor, but since you work at Northside I can't allow you to treat me in the future. I hope your office didn't bill me for the alledged appointment that I missed. That would be called insurance fraud. I've sent a letter of inquiry to BC/BS to make sure you didn't bill me for an appointment that never was made by me. Should I need to be admitted to Palms of Pasadena, I will refuse to allow you to treat me.\r
\r
I had to go to the ER in Seattle the beginning of August, and within two hours they explained everything to me and my ongoing health problems. Why the doctors at Northside couldn't find the health problem I was having is beyond me.,\r
\r
In the end Northside Hospital will never see a penny of the $38,753.00. \r
Good luck collecting that amount. I'll bet I beat you to court. I will be suing the hospital in the near future if this issue is not corrected.
Pros: Heart Institute
Cons: Billing Department, refusual to correct billing error
