When our air conditioner recently went on the fritz, we contacted Crums. They scheduled a technician, who arrived promptly at the time designated, and was very courteous and funny. My youngest daughter enjoyed watching him fix it and was fascinated with the mechanics of the AC. He went out of his way to make her smile. He went over our system, found the problem right away, and we haven't had a problem since! Thanks Crums!
