Hottie Hawg's BBQ surpassed all of my initial expectations!! Don't let this casual environment fool you. Chef Matthew's creations are a culinary dream! Not to mention that he has toured with some of the most recognizable musicians from around the world catering their concert and events, including Elton John. The staff and owner Kyle Vaughn will make a point to make you feel right at home from the very moment you enter ""Hawg Heaven"". You've gotta try thier ""Armadillo Eggs"", which consists of beef brisket, cheese and other secret ingredients that are stuffed into a jalapeno and fried til golden brown!! If BBQ isn't your think then their Shrimp and Grits will be! Yum!! I found out as I was leaving that they also serve brunch on Sat & Sun...$3 Bloody Mary's!!! Perfection!!!!
