Review content:
I stumbled on Hottie Hawgs a few months while working in the Riverside area. It was love at first bite.
I have come in almost as many times as I have fingers since and the food and atmosphere keep evolving.
The service has become much friendlier with each visit. The rubs they use on their meats are some of the best I have tasted anywhere.
They recently changed up the cut of potato they use , this recent change is good, but I preferred the wedges.
The presentation of the food has a gourmet appeal, and the drinks are always yummy.
