I've never used a carpet cleaning service until today. We cleaned almost every room and hallway. I found the men who cleaned our rugs extremely knowledgeable, kind, and eager to do a good job. I'm happy with the result. I went ahead and got the scotch guard and another extra step they recommended that kills bacteria. I trusted them enough to do what they recommended would be the best process. I will probably have our rugs cleaned annually because the result is wonderful.
