Review content:
If you are tempted to eat at Samantha's Pizza and Pub for their ""NY Style"" Pizza please re-consider. Go instead to Sam's Pizza in Bristol (no I do NOT get paid here, but they are the best pizza albeit sicilian style). I ordered my ""NY Style"" pizza over a month ago at Samantha's Pizza and Pub and the delivery wait was 2 hours from the time I ordered it. When I finally got the pizza it was half burnt with very little toppings on it. I ordered eggplant, onion with mushroom, well it might as well have been a plain cheese pizza. What kills me is they spent a ton of money I am sure to send out mailers to residents in Bristol and I am sure Warren with a story on mom's home cooking and don't you want to try her home style cooking offering free pepsi with garlic bread and a ceasar salad. Well when our order arrived, we didn't get the garlic bread and the ceasar was small and wimpy and over dressed. I called the manager, I believe his name is Keith. Being a new business I thought they'd at the very least appreciate the feedback, well instead of taking my call with professionalism Keith mocked me by parroting what I was saying to a co worker, it was unbelievable! He offered me a Gift Certificate to shut me up and although I wasn't ever going to use it and now four weeks later (surprise surprise)\r
I am still waiting for it. Just because you put a plaque outside your door does not make you a good business person. However, anyone in the food/service industry especially being new has to have a winning attitude and with pizza shops at every corner you'd think they'd be at the top of their game. Samantha's Pizza and Pub is not anything short of a joke, go to Sam's off Wood Street in Bristol, trust me you'll be very satisfied, they'll even make your pizza extra crispy!
Pros: Free Bottle of Pepsi
Cons: Burnt pizza, little toppings, 2 hour delivery
