I had the worst experience with A Water Soulutions a contracting company referred by American Home Shield. I still have an issue with my water heater! Tim with A Water Solutions came out to diagnose the intial problem which was suppose to be to replace with the burner assembly. So I called whirlpool and the part was sent FedEx (Matt) with A Water Solutions came out to install the burner assembly only to find out later by another plumber referred by a family member that the burner assembly I ordered through whirlpool was not installed. I still have the original burner assembly that came with the water heater previously. Matt skipped out with the new burner assembly which was ordered and received by FedEx. There were 2 more calls made to A Water Solutions because the water heater was still not working. 2nd diagnoses was stated by Tim that I needed a thermal coupler. At this point I decided not to deal with Tim or A Water Solutions on this matter due to the frustration I had build up do to the lack of experience and expertise this company has for their customer's. The 1st diagnoses was never correct on needing a burner assembling I only needed a thermal coupler. I would never recommend this company to anyone! If dealing with the company make sure you sit with whomever is working on your units because you find dishonesty and a have ass job on getting the work completed. My next recommendation on this experience is call American Home Sheild!\r
