I hired him to take care of some misdemeanor cases in the dona Ana municipal court.its been six and a half months and he still has not even put a motion to quash my warrants. i have just written a letter to the disciplinary board in Santa Fe NM i can not!!! emphasize enough that this man is unprofessional and does not return phone calls. i spoke with him three times in six and a half month period where he and his staff deluded me into thinking he was going to call me back or was working on my case he still has not returned my money and my documents that are vital to my case. please!!!!!! save yourself a lot of trouble his work ethics are unethical . i have spoke with two other attorneys from las cruces who said this case should have been resolved no later than three weeks so after calling his office to no avail i have finally written a letter to the disciplinary board so if i can deter any one from hiring this guy and going threw mental anguish then i have accomplished my goal.
