Review content:
My husband bought a tire from Steve's Used Tires on Sept 10th, & he lost the receipt; I know, it's their policy that you have one for a return; here's the issue; a customer for 5 years, matter of fact this tire was the 2nd one bought in Sept; it blew on the 30th due to a dry rot on the inside of the tire; took it back to them & was told they could do nothing without my receipt but because they have a lot of bring backs for the guy who sold me my tire due to him not checking them right, they'd give me another for 1/2 off. Went in this mornin & the owner, Sandy Green, was there & showed her the tire; her employee who sold it to me was right there, she looked at me & let me know that customer service is officially dead & they don't care how loyal you are, how many you refer, # of tires you buy from them, if they give you a bad tire - your loss. Disgusted by the lack of customer service at Steve's Used Tires (S. Hamilton/ Refugee - next to Kmart) Not Steve's Tires, my first mistake!\r
Oh and didn't mention the fact they he also broke my lug nut, but since it would only be 1.50 to fix and my husband could do it, just didn't bother...wow...
