My experience with them was an AWFUL that I would never repeat.. They were very rude and not professional… It was my first and last time to work with them after they ruined my dress… We agreed about specific alteration before I leave the dress. I went to pick it up, it was not what I ask for. I asked what can you do to fix it, he told me to not worry, but I just wanted to know what is he going to do with the dress. I was asking simple questions but he refused to answer them and got so agitated. He start screaming in my face that I am too picky and flipped and refuse to tell me what he wants to do… After ruining my dress the first time, I could not trust him blindly. He kept saying He is a profession and I am not supposed to question him. Then continue yelling at me, then told me that he does not need my business and asked me to leave the store… I never ever got yelled at before by a business owner and they were not experienced at all.. I recommend that you avoid him..
