Review content:
Gusto! has always been a great place to go to in Little Italy, we love the staff, we love the owners and we always enjoy the food. However, this experience is worth noting, though we've never been disappointed, last night's meal warrants a review. It was incredible! I love Ossobuco but honesty I don't order it when we go out because it's not done right. I had it in Italy several years ago at a small place near the Colosseum in Rome. A family place that made it only on Wed. nights in the winter. That was pure heaven, it was one of those meals you will never forget. So, knowing the food has always been right on at Gusto!, I ordered their special of Ossobuco. Without a doubt, perfect! Not salty, the meat was tender, falling off the bone. Everything you would expect from this heafty meal in Italy, Gusto! measured it ingredient to ingredient. As usual, the owner's were warm and inviting and the attention to detail and great staff made our Valentine's dinner perfect. Thanks again guys and compliments to the Chef!
