Absolutely by far the worst place I have ever lived! Read reviews at other sites and see for yourself. ""Maintenance"" at this slum is about non-existent. All ""repairs"" over about the last 20 years or so are evident when you first walk into one of these tenements.Shoddy workmanship throughout, with such amenities as poorly patched holes in walls, to non functioning security doors, and water leaks galore. Expect to see the police at any building, several times a night, as they visit your wonderful neighbors for such things as loud parties, fights, domestic violence, drugs, the list goes on and on. Parking is stupid, to be kind, and snow removal is apparently not included in the rent, which by the way,will rise at least 20 dollars a month each year. You will get absolutely nothing for that extra twenty either, you can count on it.
One thing I'll say for this dump though, is it is certainly pet friendly. You will have the constant companionship of an army of furry little rodents, free of charge!
In short, the place should have been condemned and bulldozed long ago, and the forest that used to inhabit the land allowed to grow back.
