Review content:
I had some problems with my computer; it locked on me and some other things were going wrong. I took it to a chain store and explained the problem, but they couldn't resolve the issues. When I took it back to where I bought it they gave me the run around because the warranty had just expired. I called a friend and they told me about The Right Path. I told my friend to have them call me.
Bobby contacted me right away. He said he thought he knew what the problem was, so he came to look at the computer. He pondered it, and thought he might have to take the computer with him, but then he said that it was okay, he could work on it at the house.
He stayed until it was complete. He was very diligent. I'm old school, and we call that sticktoitiveness. He went beyond the call of duty. I was an administrator, and those are the type of people I like. I know good employees and good workers when I see them, and I tagged him as one of those. He helped me and didn't complain, even when it was dinnertime. Bobby told me I was his first priority.
Bobby was prompt and on time. He fixed the computer and I haven't had any problems since. In fact, a few senior citizens friends and I want Bobby to tutor us a little about the computer. We aren't as proficient as we like, so we are going to have Bobby teach us.
