Businiess name:  Brazerio Churrascaria

Review content:
This is not a review... it is a little about BRAZEIROS...\r \r Brazeiros brings an authentic dining experience like no other to Knoxville. Churrasco (pronounced as 'shoe-RHAS'-ko') is a unique type of cooking created by the Gauchos - Brazilian cowboys. Churrasco is a significant part of the Brazilian culinary and a staple in Brazilian cuisine. The Churrasco concept is often presented at festive celebrations with family and friends. \r Brazeiros offers a prix-fix menu, and our guests will enjoy twelve different cuts of meats seasoned to perfection. The meats are cooked and served at table side by our Gaucho chefs. Guests will also have many other tasty offerings; a bountiful salad bar with over 20 different items and traditional side dishes. \r Brazeiros also offers a large wine list with international and national wine selections; and exoctic cocktails like the Brazil national drink, the caipirinha. For the sweet tooth, we suggest one of our specialty desserts: Papaya Cream, Brazilian Flan or Creme Brule.\r \r Brazeiros is located on the corner of Kingston Pk and Papermill Rd.\r \r
