I'm a vegetarian. I love Indian restaurants because they always have a lot of vegetarian choices and I love the spices used in Indian dishes. I try every new Indian restaurant that pops up. There used to not be many in the north end of town, but now they are everywhere. I really like Bollywood. Even though it is small, it offers the same array of dishes on the buffet as the other Indian restaurants in town. I like the amount of spice used and the quality of their sauces. The buffet offers a quick and easy place to eat in a fun atmosphere. Indian food seems to hold up well under heat lamps unlike Chinese food. I like that it is well lit due to a large wall of windows overlooking the Carriage Place parking lot. I recommend a visit to Bollywood.
