After ending up in the ditch from a patch of ice, I called AAA's contracted vendor, Prairie Land Towing who agreed to call me so I can meet them at my vehicle so I can drive it home. They never called me. Instead they brought it directly to the pound where I'll have to pay $314 to get it out. My next phone call will be to AAA to recommend that they do not utilize them to assist their customers. FOLLOW UP: I contacted AAA and found out they were ALSO billed by Prairie Land Towing. So, they double billed for one job. DO NOT USE PRAIRIE LAND TOWING if you can avoid it -- they are a shady outfit.
