Review content:
The overall experience with Jeno Autoplex was very easy and enjoyable. Mike was very helpful with our situation and the dealership worked very hard to earn our business. I just happened to come across the dealership and was very pleasantly surprised by the up front and honest attitude of everyone we worked with there. This was totally opposite of the experiences I have had in the past having bought several vehicles over the years. We were forced to file bankruptcy last year and were very hesitant to look for a newer vehicle. Mike was understanding and non-judgmental, he put us at ease very quickly. Me and my husband will definitely use Jeno Autoplex the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. Mike, the Finance Manager was very efficient and made it very easy to get the paperwork completed.
